Self-Advocacy, Disclosure, and Accommodations:

  • Coaching on when and how to disclose your disability or neurodivergence.

  • Identifying helpful accommodations and requesting those accommodations from the employer.

  • Identifying and communicating additional needs to the employer for a comfortable work environment, such as preferred methods of communication, quiet work space, natural lighting, virtual participation in meetings, etc..
