“Our goal is to show respect, appreciation, and understanding to all our clients.”
Meet Viktoriya
Every person has worth, potential, and talent. Every person can perform work that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. In my practice, I help individuals understand their potential, guide them in their career exploration, and help them to learn opportunities available to them. I specialize in supporting the neurodivergent community.
As a first generation immigrant to the U.S., I was often dismissed by teachers and classmates for being different from other students. I never forgot the painful feeling of being overlooked and not having the opportunity to fully express my potential both inside and outside of the classroom. As a result, in my personal and professional life I have always tried to provide space for people of all identities, abilities, disabilities, and backgrounds to express themselves and to be heard.
As an adult, I learned of my own neurodivergence, which fundamentally changed my outlook and helped to explain some of the persisting challenges I had since childhood. Learning about my neurodivergence helped me to be more patient and understanding with myself and try new strategies for improving my work habits. I also learned of neurodivergence in some of my family members and their difficulties navigating the world of work. This fueled my passion for supporting the neurodivergent community and advocating for changes that promote inclusivity and belonging at work.
