“Our goal is to show respect, appreciation, and understanding to all our clients.”

RESPECT. APPRECIATION. UNDERSTANDING.

Every person has worth, potential, and talent. Everyone deserves the opportunity to engage in work that brings them meaning and fulfillment. In my practice, I help individuals discover their strengths, explore career possibilities, and uncover opportunities that align with their aspirations. I focus on offering a comfortable, trusting, and supportive relationship that leads to action and progress. I am deeply committed to empowering the neurodivergent community and individuals with disabilities to thrive in their personal and professional journeys.

As a first generation immigrant to the U.S., I was often dismissed in school for being different from other students. I never forgot the painful feeling of being overlooked and not having the opportunity to fully express my potential both inside and outside of the classroom. As a result, in my personal and professional life I have always tried to provide space for people of all identities, abilities, disabilities, and backgrounds to express themselves and to feel truly heard.

As an adult , I learned of my own neurodivergence, which fundamentally changed my outlook and helped to explain some of the persisting challenges I had since childhood. For example, I struggled with managing my energy and the need to always be moving. I was curious about everything but lost interest easily. I could effortlessly focus on some things, but could not motivate myself to do other things.

Understanding my neurodivergence helped me to be more patient and understanding with myself and try new strategies for improving my work habits. During my adulthood, I also learned of neurodivergence in some of my family members and their difficulties navigating the world of work. These personal experiences fuel my passion for supporting the neurodivergent community and advocating for changes that promote inclusivity and belonging at work.
